Welcome to trimsheetfast.com ("TrimSheetFast™", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using our AI-powered texture generation service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
TrimSheetFast™ provides a tool that allows users to generate trimsheets for 3D models using AI.
Key characteristics of the Service:
- 3D models are processed locally on the user's computer
- No 3D models, trimsheets, or prompts are uploaded or stored by TrimSheetFast™
- The Service operates using a credit-based system for texture generation
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
5. Credit-Based Usage
TrimSheetFast™ operates on a credit-based system:
- Users spend credits to generate textures
- Credits are tied to a specific user account
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
- Credits may expire or change in usage requirements
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.
We reserve the right to modify credit requirements, availability, or rules at any time.
6. Refund Policy
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the service has not been used.
Due to the nature of digital services, once texture generation, credit usage, or content download has begun, the service is considered delivered and refunds are no longer available.
By completing a purchase, users expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital services and acknowledge that this waives their right to a refund once usage has started.
7. User Content & Ownership
Your Content
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to:
- 3D models
- UV maps
- Prompts
- Generated textures
TrimSheetFast™ does not claim ownership over your creative assets.
License to Operate the Service
You grant TrimSheetFast™ a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license solely to operate the Service as intended.
This license ends immediately after processing.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate textures.
You acknowledge that:
- Generated results may vary in quality and accuracy
- Outputs are provided "as-is"
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated textures before use
TrimSheetFast™ does not guarantee that generated content is free from errors or suitable for any specific purpose.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
- Interfere with Service security or infrastructure
- Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in:
- The TrimSheetFast™ platform
- Software
- Branding
- User interface
- Documentation
remain the exclusive property of TrimSheetFast™.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Service itself.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers for:
- Authentication
- Payment processing
- AI inference
TrimSheetFast™ is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
12. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily limit access.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- Continued use poses a security or operational risk
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrimSheetFast™ disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TrimSheetFast™ shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Service
- Generated textures not meeting expectations or specific requirements
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Interruption of workflow or production
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Because creative assets are processed locally and not stored by TrimSheetFast™, we are not responsible for the loss of user-created content.
In all cases, TrimSheetFast™'s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TrimSheetFast™ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrimSheetFast™ from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TrimSheetFast™ is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
